What Is Individual Counseling?

Our Individual Counseling services at Stangler Counseling are designed to address your unique needs and concerns. What happens during individual counseling?

During individual counseling you and your licensed therapist, Tara, will engage in an open conversation about what is troubling you. You are encouraged to reflect on your experience through an active conversation with Tara, the counselor, to help you sustain healthy and healing relationships with yourself and with others.
